Fans opt in per artist on the artist's public join page — for example https://artistmode.ai/join/jonkeith — by entering their mobile number and ticking a consent box, then replying YES to a confirmation text before anything further is sent. Consent is given by the fan and is never bought, rented, shared or sold.
